Co-founded by Gary Wu (Ex-Volvo Group VP and China GM) and Austin Ligon (Co-Founder and Ex-CEO of NYSE listed Carmax – KMX), SureAuto targets to capture the opportunities in the fast growing but highly fragmented used car market in China with an all new "Big Box" full service business model (the Chinese version of the U.S. based Carmax).
