Sunpreme, Ltd.
Sunpreme is an early stage global photovoltaic (PV) solar start-up company engaged in the business of developing and commercializing its proprietary SmartSilicon™ based solar cells to satisfy growing global needs for abundant, low-cost, clean energy. We engage in all aspects of the business, including R&D, manufacturing, sales & marketing, with heavy focus on quality, environment and continuous improvement - all enabled with a world-class global team and a highly profitable business model.
Sunpreme has R&D facilities in Sunnyvale, CA - the heart of Silicon Valley’s market-based innovation culture - and in Shanghai, China. The Company’s manufacturing operations, materials sourcing and global sales are to be driven from China, the benchmark in execution efficiency and speed.
Sunpreme’s proprietary, patent-pending, SmartSilicon™ innovation decisively addresses all three bottlenecks associated with photo-voltaic solar cells, namely – economics beyond grid parity, scaling beyond Giga Watt (GW) levels, and environmentally benign manufacturing processes. The SmartSilicon technology utilizes a nano-scale device structure on an ultra low-cost Silicon absorbing material. Its Intellectual Property (IP) has been validated by two major U.S. universities.
Utilizing its SmartSilicon technology, the company has the potential to produce over 10GW of Photo-Voltaic (PV) cells in 5 years, at a cost which is 33% of today’s grid parity. It promises thereby to have a strong impact on the global energy eco-system. Moreover, its greentech process sequence avoids toxic and/or exotic materials, thereby eliminating the paradox of “export clean technology globally, pollute environment locally” currently faced by other solar cells producers.
The company also develops its SmartSilicon as a platform technology, to thereby reduce the complexity of solar cells and panel manufacturing. Sunpreme aims to leverage this platform to open up the PV fabrication market in emerging countries around the world.

Longmen
Longmen Group focuses on developing coal bed methane (CBM) resources in China, primarily in Hancheng, Shaanxi. Coal bed methane is almost pure methane extracted and produced directly from coal seams without the need to extract the coal itself. Longmen signs Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) with China United Coalbed Methane Company (CUCBM) and other concession owners to explore and develop coal bed methane resources through CBM drilling and coal degasification technology.
